We offer a complete reimbursement guarantee on the price of the item (not on the shipping charges paid to Post Canada) if you return the item within 30 days from the transaction. The shipping cost are to be covered by the client if you option for a payback. If the item has a defect and needs to be replaced, it will be done entirely free of charge on the reception of the one claimed to be defect item. We will then assume shipping and handling for the return and the replacement of said item.
